This morning's walk took me along the track beside the road for a while, then up the track I used to come out of the villages yesterday and along further towards Watamu. The idea is to join things up on the Mida Creek side of the road so that I can get around without getting lost in there!

The rest of the day was office time and sorting out my toe which got a blister and has gone a bit weird. I'm hoping that the powder I used in Mongolia for sore feet will do the trick...
